Do you ever have someone from the past whom you just cant get off your mind? Does that bother you a bit?

Im a bit bothered with the fact that i cant seem to let go of the thoughts of that person... no contacts for sometime already. I should have forgotten by now, but keeps on reappearing vividly in my memory.🙁
