@SW-User I haven't given birth so I can't relate to how that feels. I think love is a welcomed emotion, where grief can consume a person.

The strongest emotion in my life so far has been love - parental love. It's selfless, unconditional and forgiving. Nothing else compares to it.

@SW-User I'm so sorry to hear that. :( It always saddens me to learn that they're parents out there that "hate" their own kids. I know that there's many reasons for it, and I'm not judging your mum, but I can't understand it. Sure, this kid makes me want to pull my hair out on occasion, but the love I have for him is really strong.

Sadness, grief, an overwhelming and nearly unbearable sense of loss that can hardly be put into words. I felt it, along with a tidal wave of nostalgia, when I heard a Rudy Valle song on YouTube the other day and realized that all of my elders are now gone, a whole generation in the historical past now, people I loved, some I feared, even hated, all of them gone. How badly I long to talk to them and see and hear them once again.

@SW-User It's been a little while since I've been that low. Killing time here doesn't really help much, other than trying to keep my mind busy. I've found someone here that I think is a great safety net for me. She will save me from such feelings when they creep up again.
