@Musicman Unfortunately no, there was no sight of her. But if the baby had chirped and moma was nearby moma would have recognized it's her baby. They have their own accents in the family I read. Fascinating isn't it?

@Musicman It didn't survive though :/ unless you're a wild rescue pro, chances to save a baby bird that small are closer to zero :/
