I talk to my mom every evening. I called her around 4 yesterday evening & told her I was going to bed. And I sure did!! Slept like a log right through witching hour & every other hour!! (I think I took my night med rather than my blood pressure med yesterday morning & was so sleepy all day I couldn't stand it)
