I met a great girl last night

She was gorgeous, funny, great personality and I could tell she really liked me. Then her abusive asshole bf turns up that she fell out with. I see her demeanor change, she leaves with him looking upset. I was this close to giving her my number but I've vowed that if I see her again I'm gonna give it to her.

I'm taking a day off my training as well, my arm is a little sprained atm. I've mostly quit smoking, just having one or two a day if I feel bummed out for now. Otherwise, running twice a day and working out.
