I really think that it's time to start exercising again.No more feeling bad about not being fit. This time I am deffinately going to make a start and not today but tomorrow. First I going to sleep 😂 but encouragement would be extremely helpful!

Your not the only one that wants to get into shape, but if you know you have tried and nothing works why bother . You have more distractions in your life.
