Looks not too easy today. I had to check that lying rope climb. Not at all how I pictured it. Also, the L-sit seems quite challenging to do. How long do you have to keep that position with the legs off the ground?
I read that NZ actor Sam Neill passed away. I liked him. He was a gentleman.
