The ASX200 is like a roller coaster ride. How can one rely on building a fortune on it? Might as well spend every penny.
Had to check those scorpion kicks but honestly, I have never seen a scorpion doing that and finally, I know what back squats are but I am puzzled as to the @80% of 1RM
Have a great start in this new week.

So not necessarily your PB but your maximum at a period in time.
1RM stands for one-repetition maximum, representing the maximum amount of weight an individual can lift for a single, complete repetition of a specific exercise with proper form. It is considered the gold standard for measuring maximal strength, particularly for compound lifts like squats, bench presses, and deadlifts.
