Ouch, that ASX has made a serious plunge. What is it that Mr. T. wants from Australia that they are not willing to hand him on a golden platter?

Is it because the term "jerk" comes 3 times in your CrossFit program(me) or perhaps the "hang clean" that he misunderstood?

Hope that someone can explain the real meaning.

I had to search the definition of that "hang clean" and I am now informed.
