Brrr! the perfect day to stay inside and read a good book or watch that Melbourne Cup. No wonder that the gym is almost empty with those (Ant)arctic weather conditions.
Now, you have me worried with your battery status. What's going on. You just spend too much time online.
That program(me) looks quite strenuous. I don't think I could complete it on time. Great job 👍

@sarabee1995 I can just relate to the temperature that is in my comfort zone.
On Sunday I did a 10 mile charity run under pouring rain with a temperature of about 12°C/53°F and I was frozen stiff. 18°C would not warm me up...

@Stephie I did a run and ride Sunday morning. At the start time it was 4°C / 40°F. My the time we were done with the bike part it was up to 10°C / 50°F. Absolutely gorgeous conditions.
