The program(me) today seems to be quite strenuous. I hope you hydrate enough. Does the gym provide something like a water fountain or do you have to take your own water?

@sarabee1995 Yes. They bring it from their home in 20 litre containers.
My house apart from the toilets is on rainwater. I have a 50,000 litre tank. The mains water here is 'hard' as it comes from underground limestone basins. You wouldn't like it in tea....and once spoilt with drinking rainwater it isn’t very nice.
