I Love Crossfit

So, I fell out of my work-out routine about two months ago. In spring and early summer I got up 4 times a week at 6.20 am because our session started at 7.30 and that as somebody who is definitely no morning person! Then I kinda didn't make it in the mornings because I was too tired. And now I'm only going 2-3 times a week, around noon or in the afternoon. I really miss it and also, I don't really have much time later... because life and so on, you know what I'm talking about. I also feel less relaxed and accomplished. After taking a nap today, and waking up less than motivated for working out, I decided that tomorrow will be the day where I'm going to go early again, come what may. I will wanna go back to bed tomorrow, but I'll force myself into my extremely sexy work out clothes no matter what. This little paragraph will bear witness to that, and so do you.

Hehe. This was very inspirational and then you said extremely sexy work out clothes I shifted in my seat. Where do you work out again? Jk

I started seriously working out a bit over a year ago. Lost 40 lbs and then plateaued. I stopped. Gains bit back and now trying to get it going again. I'm wondering if mornings are better to get it done and over. Start the day off right ! Thanks :)

I agree. I would love to change my routine and be able to get up early. But seems like night is my only alone relaxing time so I tend to stay up late. If I got up an hour earlier maybe it would allow me.to have a deeper sleep too. Hmmmm what to do what to do
@BearDownChicago: As I'm sure you know... "The proof of the pudding..". ;) You can always go back to your other work out routine, if the mornings dont do it for you.
