I Love Crossfit
So, I fell out of my work-out routine about two months ago. In spring and early summer I got up 4 times a week at 6.20 am because our session started at 7.30 and that as somebody who is definitely no morning person! Then I kinda didn't make it in the mornings because I was too tired. And now I'm only going 2-3 times a week, around noon or in the afternoon. I really miss it and also, I don't really have much time later... because life and so on, you know what I'm talking about. I also feel less relaxed and accomplished. After taking a nap today, and waking up less than motivated for working out, I decided that tomorrow will be the day where I'm going to go early again, come what may. I will wanna go back to bed tomorrow, but I'll force myself into my extremely sexy work out clothes no matter what. This little paragraph will bear witness to that, and so do you.
