Lost 40 lbs.
I hit 200 lbs and decided to change.
I’ve been doing recomposition training for about a year. My diet could still use some improvement and consistency but in the past 12 or so months I’ve lost about 40 lbs (about 18 kilo) while trying to gain muscle simultaneously.
I still have a goal of losing about 20 more pounds but I’m proud of myself!
