Q For us oldies. Do you keep your legs strong. Body too?
It really helps to do so as we age. I practice on a balance board. Squats and various leg stretching. My 19 stone son landed one on my head sparring with 16oz gloves a couple of years ago and sent me sideways 😄 I had 4oz MMA gloves on. I didnt stand a chance in reality. Dont want no more punches to the head though. Im too old. Just good balance and the ability to walk miles. Use it or lose it as they say.
