I think yoga is just "exercise" for lazy people

Like you want to focus on "flexibility" or "strength" but stretching is the warmup not the whole workout and if you really cared about strength you would be doing resistance exercises.

But stretching is easy and people don't actually like working out so yoga is super popular.

I believe in the benefits of deep breathing exercises from time to time to calm yourself too but I think yoga is just "vibe" exercise.
