Trying to no longer be a big back whale any advice?

I’m going to see a nutritionist but I’ve decided to start working out three times a week doing a full body workout. I want to know that is a good start
Should I be doing upper/ lower strength training some days help maybe tone

I can tell you how to have the body of your dreams and have excellent health for the rest of your life. 99% of people won’t do it. It’s pretty easy too. Shame.
