Can u stand on one leg without holding on?
This is serious business! Bc if u can't do it, you need to work on ur balance.

Not for quite as long as I used to be able to, muscle tone not what it should be these days. Years ago my prospective employer demanded a medical. The doctor said stand on one leg with your eyes closed. So I did. And I waited. After a while he said in rather irritated tones that I could stop now. I got the impression that he expected me to fall over.
