Building My Dream Body and Health: Week Two Recap
This week was a success. I worked out twice and ate in moderation. I skipped alcohol and chose smaller portions when eating out. I even had a Kit Kat Banana McFlurry today, ate less than half, and threw the rest away. This might not seem like a big deal, but I have a binge eating disorder, so being able to limit myself is impressive.
I lost a total of 5.4 lbs. Most of it was water weight, but it feels good to know my choices positively impacted my appearance. I also contacted a weight loss clinic, and my insurance covers it. I have a consultation this upcoming Thursday, so we'll see how it goes.
