Building My Dream Body and Health: Week One Recap

This week was not successful at all. On Monday, I blew it off completely. On Tuesday, I went to the cycle bar and kicked ass. On Wednesday, I went for a walk and ate pretty modestly, if I recall correctly. Thursday, I did a nice workout but got my butt kicked at work for three days in a row, and I pulled my neck.

On Friday, I called out of work, drank, and partied all day on the beach. On Saturday, I ate like a pig and partied again on the beach. I got into a fight with my friends and ran off. My boyfriend and I had an all-nighter, fishing in the woods and partying too much. Ended up really messed up on the beach during sunrise. Sunday, I spent the day in bed trying to catch up and felt really sick at night. Today, I’m sober but can't eat because my stomach is killing me.

I weighed myself and, already disappointed, saw I gained three pounds. I am so angry with myself. It was a rough week emotionally at work, and it spiraled into chaos. Now, I'm heavier than ever. I'll reset this week, try my best to stay balanced, and look into this weight loss clinic. Hopefully, my failures will be helpful to someone else on the same journey to continue even if you fail.
