Bought a pull up/ dip workout station. Couldn't do the pull up. Ok. So bought resistance bands to help me. YouTube video looked easy enough.

Well. They didn't count on me 🙄 she who trips on own feet and over cracks. She who walks into doors and walls and, yeah. You get the picture. This was NOT pretty.

I can do 50 of those when I have a🐪 hump under the bar to motivate me. Maybe you would like to do pulldowns first?
