short answer yes but to put detail to your yes/no question.

1) Most people start taking care of their body via fitness after high school too late in life. If one is say a 30 years old being a couch potato and thinking I am going to get in shape again that person is about to get have an uphill climb they never expected.

2) Some people get to work out and some people have to work out. the have to work out people need a long-term plan and, external motivation to help them.

3) Range of motion is almost always overlook. If you are 30 and can't touch toes or can't hold your hands behind your back with your arms at least partially outstretch that is a problem. That problem if it trends south over time will get so bad that those people will lose mobility later in life.

4) Regarless if you are in the get to work or have to work out group if you eat like crap you are taking one step forward and two steps back.

5) Your (all of ours ) mental stability and mental health is tied to how physically active we are in life.
