They gave u a new one too. Did ur charger contacts break on the bottom. Mine did

@496sbc my screen stopped working, and even though it would still talk to the phone the battery would run out in less than an hour. It was under the 1 year warranty. I went on their online chat, and apparently they were able to diagnose the Fitbit remotely. They said there was a battery problem and sent me a new one.
