Has anyone tried Wii Fit?
My wife is addicted to it. And Damn! she looks good. A lot of balance programs, core
programs, yoga type stuff, and strength training.

you know of? Hell I still use free weights, those are antique, but they still work best.

I prefer the gym atmosphere, and energy. But my wife does an hour of Wii Fit almost
every morning at home before work.
