Did a spin class. Now my butt hurts.

It’s my first time doing a spin class and I wasn’t ready 😂. I couldn’t keep up but even so, I had a lot of fun. The instructor was really enthusiastic and the music was poppin so I’d definitely do it again. Only thing is that my ass fkn hurts. What’s up with that.
