Exercise is super important to mental and physical health

Like, I do not understand how a person can go a whole day without any real physical activity. I got an amazing walk in while my sis and her husband have been working and feel so much better about the universe.

I still need my meds but they work a hell of a lot better when I'm taking good care of my body.

I respect the shit out of anyone who can lift regularly. I just have so little energy, I get soooo exhausted from it.
Walking my dog, and doing chores around the home is my fave exercise. That’s how I keep my home spotlessly clean and myself happy. It’s a win win.

Yes its important but I honestly find exercise annyoing and boring.
The only exercise that I find fun is walking, but then not a stroll in the park but a serious hike in raw nature.
I cannot do that too often though, so I try to force myself on that boring stroll in the park sometimes. That's still better than any other type of exercise.
