I started a new exercise routine last week...

... yesterday I had nachos, 2 sodas and donuts. So I undid any progress right?
Exercised about 4 days that week.

Just keep at it. And find a replacement snack when you are hungry. I like watermelon ( its extremely low in calories).

You can eat tons of it. Also drink lots pf water. It helps the metabolism and flush the system. Being chronically dehydrated can really slow weightloss. I meantioned this because I don't drink water and become chronically dehydrated.
