I started a new exercise routine last week...

... yesterday I had nachos, 2 sodas and donuts. So I undid any progress right?
Exercised about 4 days that week.

Depends on what your goals are. If you want to get bigger and stronger that's a decent diet as long as you're also getting a lot of protein. If the goal is to slim down and lose weight then yeah probably.
