I’m so bad at commitment that I can never achieve any significant results with stretching exercises

Because it must be done regularly no matter how hard you do it.

Unlike strength exercises which I can do only few times a week but if I did it hard enough these few times, I can have very quick and noticeable results.


I hate stretches so much 😩 I need to stretch my intercostal muscles to correct the shit I did to my back due to poor posture but it feels like I can’t do it
The only time I stretch is when I stretch out in bed 😌
