Out of it..completely out of it
Its been a month a half since I've been going to the gym and and dieting for weight loss and today for some reason, I'm just feeling like it all just doesn't make sense anymore. Maybe its because I missed gym today but honestly I keep looking in the mirror and not seeing any darn changes and I know it takes time and consistency is key but sometimes...I'm just uggghhhhh!
I started on May 3rd and on June 3rd, my trainer took my metrics and its showing I lost 7lbs and other areas are getting smaller but I just havent been excited because I'm not seeing my actual results or feel any differences in my clothes.
