Do you think these exercises are average

I spent 2 hrs in the gym doing all this

-warm ups/ stretching
Rest
-5mins 3 rounds stationary cardio
Rest
-2 rounds ab workout
Rest
-10 sets 45kg heavy barbell
Rest
-24x pull ups

Why 2 hrs, sweetie?

Get it all done in 30-40 mins...and you never said what you did with the barbell...

What about Lunges? Bulgarian Squats? Sumo Squats? Mix it up? My fella says that any more that 4 sets is just crazy!

Ok...where's your why? Are you planning on an endurance event? Power events? Bodybuilding? If you're doing the latter - like my fella does - 2 whole hours (without steroids) is just too much. You're constantly breaking down your body and promoting the stress hormone...that leads to fat retention!
