Dancing Exercise

I do it once in a while, like three times a week. Just 10-15 minutes because I cannot go beyond that.
I'll be out of breath.
I do the cardio and abs routine. I saved five different video clips so I won't be bored doing the same steps.

I do it not to become healthier or slimmer but because I fear stroke or dementia.
