4 (almost 5) months progress

At the start of the year I decided to actually get off my fat arse and stop shovelling junk in to my face, and stick to better diet and exercise. It's an on-going project but I'm so happy to actually notice a real difference!

My bmi was hurtling towards obese which is horrifying and looking back over my habits of the last 2 years is like seeing another person. Hopefully will see similar improvement in the next 4-5 months too 馃挭

I'm working on myself too..I stop drinking sodas and drink sparkling ice instead when I want something bubbly..I'm trying to stick to water what methods you use?

@Chickie Yes, that's a good one... I had a lot of bad habits to cut out, which was half of the battle! I was having takeaway 2 or 3 nights a week, and too many treats - ice cream, chocolate, sweets. So replaced them with rice cakes 馃槶 Not the same at all but I had to do it. I started preparing meals in advance and having salads, tuna, avocado instead of McDonald's! In the past I went to the gym a lot and had a good diet so I knew the 'right' things to be having, it was just forcing myself back to the good habits.
