I can feel my wings!!!!!

after months of physiotherapy and other exercises, i can finally feel my wing-muscles-area! I had never developed my back properly and especially that area. I couldn't either feel or isolate those muscles until now! yay 🦅

Flight doesn't make angels,
It's more the capacity of the heart, to carry the weight of thing wings...even if they are not there.

So thank you, that kinda broke up a bit of a dry spell
