What I've learned in my studies about the Neanderthal is the Europeans always want to separate them from Africa ......... I wonder why Europeans are very quick to say that they have the Neanderthal gene and their total Evolution was up north separate from Africa ........ Plus it is hard to find information on where they originated.
Every now and then you'll find an article that be ancestor of the Neanderthal originated in Africa but continued its evolution in the lands now called Europe and Asia.

From my studies many scientist believe that the ancestor of the Neanderthal was a homo heidelbergenesis and they too originated in Africa

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Homo_heidelbergensis

There are those who say it's a possibility the ancestor of the Neanderthal was the Antecessor which may have been an off-shoot of the homo erectus living in Africa 1.5 million years ago.

Just wondering

@SDavis European here.............really? We ALWAYS want to separate Neanderthal from our African ancestors? Any sources for such a bold claim?

Any idea why that specific group of hominids are called Neanderthals? Could it possibly be because the first remains were discovered in the Neander Valley (aka Neandertal), which is in Germany, which is in.............wait for it.................EUROPE!

Does the location of that discovery preclude a link to Africa? I've no idea, and it wouldn't matter to me either way.

In my statement """I said that the Neanderthal continued it's evolution in the northernlands. """ Europe /Asia is the northern lands / north of Africa on up to what is called Greenland and Iceland these.

And I am fully aware of the jawbone that was found in Germany and a few other pieces of fossil found. Evolving there is quite different than originating there and I have read a few reports where they want to say / try to say the Neanderthal originated outside of Africa but science refuse to accept it and continue with the out of Africa migration.

And besides I'm not the one saying this science is saying it..... The ancestor /ancestor/ ancestor of the neanderthal originated in Africa. Which means all homanoids originated in Africa.

There are no statistics that shows the percentage of how Europeans try to separate themselves from out of Africa migration through the Neanderthal and I'm quite sure you know that. - The actions and comments of far too many people tell that story _ where people are quick to say their ancestors didn't come from Africa / or the Neanderthal never was in Africa / or I have Neanderthal genes etc

YOU:

ME:

ALSO ME:
"Does the location of that discovery preclude a link to Africa? I've no idea, and it wouldn't matter to me either way."

So, you've got no statistics. Do you have any other form of data, anything at all?

No? Didn't think so. And yet you announce that we ALWAYS want to distance ourselves from our African ancestry. And that's from your "studies" right?

@room101 --- as I said actions of the people who make certain statements who try to reverse studies is the evidence and in court circumstantial evidence stands up quite often. Your reaction Makes me wonder about you more so -

As I said there isn't a study that shows the percentage but you can research and find how out of Africa is constantly trying to be debunked. Don there is so much out there like this.

Provide evidence.

What do you wonder about me? Let me know and I'll do my best to clear things up for you. Or maybe you just don't like it when somebody refuses to accept what you say without any evidence whatsoever.

Says a lot about YOU!

Also NOT European.

Maybe the word European means something different to you than it does to the rest of us🤔
SDavis · 56-60, F
@room101 person I don't care who believes me or who doesn't believe me. I don't care who accepts what I say or who don't accept what I say. And as I have already said even in a court of law circumstantial evidence is accepted. Which I have provided not good enough - I don't care.
SDavis · 56-60, F
@room101 _ singling out one particular article - same principal - it's what the people are speaking of concerning the unacceptance of The out of Africa well I'll replace it with this one

@SDavis Please try to focus. I went through every one of your "proofs" and commented accordingly.

And here you are, yet again, posting an American YouTube clip whilst the discussion is about your claim that:

"Europeans always want to separate them from Africa"

If this is indicative of, "What I've learned in my studies" maybe take up finger painting or something🤦‍♂️
SDavis · 56-60, F
@room101 oh you say here I come again - are you telling me you can say what you want but I can't? And tell me to try to focus exactly what I've been doing and seemingly irritating you. Oh I'm so sorry I just wanted to have a decent conversation concerning different point of views but apparently you can't respect that.
Your studies - what studies - if you studied you know. Personally I like God's great outdoors gardening, fishing, hunting, and speaking the truth on matters. Wow I do paint - I paint my whatnots, and I paint my walls in my house - I paint my windows frames - finger painting that's more your line.
GOODBY
room101 · 51-55, M
@SDavis Of course you can say what you like. You can say that the world is flat if you want. Doesn't mean that it will go unchallenged. Is that what you want, the ability to spread bullshit and go unchallenged?

Yeah, good luck with that🤣🤣🤣

Maybe learn what a European is before you start branding us with your mountains of complete and utter nonsense.

There are people that disagree with the Out Of Africa Theory. So what? But to say that Europeans ALWAYS disagree...........nah, sorry sweet cheeks that ain't gonna work. Especially since one of the main proponents of the hypothesis, LSB Leaky (remember him?), was EUROPEAN!
