The manifestation of a living being from one lifetime to the next

Here is an interesting hypothesis that the living being we were in our previous life is written encoded into the DNA chromosomal genetic structure as well as the checks and balances of how we lived our life with regards to moral and social implications and this creates manifest into the next life of that living being
