My aunt complains that I got to my new friend house way too much. What do you think?

I met my new best friend (let’s call her Fran) about a year in a half ago. She’s kind, funny, sarcastic and sweet. She isn’t nice but she will poke fun with you. My aunt said it’s great that I’m getting out of the house more often but tells me to not forget my family. Most relatives don’t even talk to me. Most people on my dads said hasn’t spoken to us since my dad passed two years ago. Not one phone call or card. Anyways I’ve been at my friends house every weekend since summer break (well not every weekend). The first time I spent the night was the first weekend of June of this year. Her mom said it’s good for me to get out of the house and keep my grandfather’s death off of my mind. I went to Fran’s house last weekend and the weekend before and I’m going there again this weekend. Fran’s neighbor last week said, “She’s (me) here AGAIN?!”
My aunt (on my moms side) complained that I’ve been at her house too much and I don’t see the family (her, my siblings or some other we see) much anymore. That’s not true. There’s times I wish I can have a weekend to myself. Her mom said the love having me over and since I don’t do much on weekends, come over and hang with them on weekends. I can’t do that every weekend.
How do I tell them I don’t wanna come over every weekend? They don’t have much of a family since none of them talks to them. She only talks to her older brother and wife.
