My mom was overreacting as usual...
My middle sister got married today, and when mom left the party an hour ago (almost 1am) she told me "you need to sit down cause you're wasted"
Little does she know I took it easy bc she was there. I just got home. Sure, I slur my words a bit, but I am so far from wasted it's ridiculous.
Then again,my mom is the kind of person who sees an empty alcohol can on someones bench and immediately assumes (in her mind "knows") that person gets blackout drunk at home, alone, every single night. This is a fact, not speculation.
Also, as usual, I was in charge of gmaw as long as she was present. That woman would not shut up, even during speeches, no matter how many times we shushed her.
During the ceremony she even blew her nose so loudly that everyone paused until she finished. She then nudged me, insisting I took a look at what came out of her nose. I wish I was joking or exhaggerating. Leave it to my gmaw to make me almost vomit during my sisters wedding...
