@Thinkerbell It was touch and go for a while. The bird had an iceberg in the cavity. I ran warm water in there for a while before I stuffed it, and turned the heat up to 350 instead of 325, and it was actually perfect!

I assume you had a fabulous turkey dinner also?

Yes, thank you. Shrimp cocktail, tossed salad, roast turkey, cranberry sauce, sweet potatoes, mashed potatoes, pickled beets, rolls, Meiomi pinot noir wine, pumpkin pie and coffee.
