Happy Thanksgiving
Knew my family would gather at my place this year for Thanksgiving.
My mom, sister, her husband and my niece. My next door neighbor and an elderly couple she's very close to.
So...in my unit here...I have an oven, a nuke, a Wok, a cast iron skillet and an air fryer....lol

The insurance underwriter who handles the hospital of whom I'm employed offer package bonuses for quality of care meterics and improved patient outcome.
This is how I gotta extra 1000$
So...unconventional perhaps but I used it to cater dinner for 10.
16 lb. Turkey, six sides and three pies. Three folding tables and ten chairs...stuff to actually eat offah'...with..lol.
( I eat on a bar stool....spoon or fingers)
