I like mashed potatoes with gravy and the cranberry-orange relish. 😋

@ChampagneOnIce same, except for the relish (actually I’ve never had it so I can’t really say).

@Grateful4you Sounds delicious!
@Jeephikelove It’s homemade and sooo good!! 😊
@Jeephikelove For me, presentation is a priority a good cook (not great) but I am a bit obsessive about the things I do cook well. I once catered a wedding doing a huge Indian Curry, with about 50-60- different condiments to be used for toppings over the rice and curry sauce. EACH condiment was done over a floral arrangement using floral greens, flower petals, leaves, babies breath, etc. People were taking photo's of the table which was an amazing explosion of color. The brides colors was a kind of violet and orange (sounds awful but actually, lovely) since I owned my own frozen yogurt store, I used these tiny mini-pie crust, and with a blueberry frozen yogurt and orange I alternated these two flavors onto the pie crust, the violet color tart would have a slice of mandarin orange, the orange frozen yogurt tart had a couple of blueberry on top.

People were totally floored at how beautiful it was, especially the bride (whose family gifted me two expensive rugs)

The irony of this whole thing, I have NEVER catered a wedding before (or after) it just pays to relax and allow your own creativity to take over. It gave me the self confidence to become a marketing director for a hospital district a job that was more like a hobby. Got paid to have a blast!
Everything to include deviled eggs.
@TallMtnMedic Me too. Mine are great!
