I am exhausted

Last night was pretty bad

Our daughter got up 3 different times sleep walking. I don't know what is going on to make her do this. She's never gotten up 3 times in one night. I'm going to call her neurologist tomorrow.

Then our oldest boy woke up very early so I had to help him change and he fell back asleep on the couch.

Thank goodness we have nothing planned today but watching the royals and maybe some football. I think I'm supposed to pay attention to the Packers and lions game.

I have a pork shoulder in the crock up and we're going to have pulled pork sandwiches and potato salad. We're making ice cream sundaes for dessert and we'll have a fire later.

Well, I wouldn't say you have to pay attention to it, but the whole point of this exercise is to get you to drop KC and become a Green Bay fan.... 😏

Seriously, though, this is just a tiny exercise to get you out of your shell a little bit and work on assertiveness, if you choose to do so. 🙃 Go Pack Go

I've used plastic bracelets
Those little hair squishy tie things
She would put them on her wrist and pull on them.
Stress ball
Hand warmers
Tiny ice pack
Little containers of putty or Play-Doh
Bead necklaces or bracelets
Those tiny little Rubik's cube keychains
Lotions ChapSticks
A clicky pin
Bouncy balls depending where you're at
Sometimes I even just cut up bubble wrap into small pieces and use that
That's all I can think of off the top of my head forgive me I'm a bit sleepy

I also get a lot of little sensory toys off at Amazon and at five below where the Dollar tree
