@Littlekattz I remember Germany and Austria being like that. **Ladenschlussgesetz**. It was even restricted on Saturdays. A 'Long Saturday' meant open until 1 or 2 in the afternoon.
Here in the UK Saturday is a normal day pretty much , with Sunday six hours max.
