Ok what would you do?

I asked if i could come in sooner on Saturday because im the only one in my area and i need more time to get the job done. I said I've been struggling and wanted to know if I could come in at 530am or 6am instead of 630am. Lunch starts at 1030am and it's always crazy busy. I have a mountain of work to do before lunch starts. I never get any help because there's nobody to spare.

Since I got told no and im tired of stressing and struggling I'm taking myself off of Saturdays for now. I haven't done it yet but I'm considering it

{@futureidol ] do not get stress out about it i understand it is difficult . you have been more than reasonable about it but if there is no give and take on managements side why should you put yourself out. i know this sounds a bad attitude to adopt but by what you say they do not appear to want too play the game with you all even during your busy periods on saturday so i can understand why you want to opt out from them
