My new normal

I'm sitting in the viewing gallery of the gym watching my 12 yo potential future foster daughter knock the living daylights out of a boy who is rather bigger than her 😊 I know nothing about judo, but I think she is doing quite well 😊

Oh that is wonderful. Those younger students who experience a little success tend to stay with it as an adult. Martial arts can do wonders for self confidence .

@TexChik It all looks really good to me. I think they are learning lots more besides just sport and self-defence 🙂
