Work seriously ticked me off today. I feel disrespected as hell

I got stuck doing chicken all alone aka breading and frying which is hard as hell sometimes when it's busy. My help didn't show and when i said im gonna need help i got told it's Saturday it's busy and that there is a request and recieve policy where if i need help i need to communicate that. I did and nobody cared. You as the store manager are basically making me look a fool and pretty much talking down to me like im 5 is insulting. Someone else who knows the area came in around 11am and another manager told me here's so and so would it help? It's not like you need help anyway. That really made me mad.

Im known for being strong in that area and can hold down the fort usually but im in pain and i wasn't feeling like killing myself today for these people
