@Stereoguy Lots of stress in my life. Massage is a good way to relieve it. And I have the perfect therapist. She’s talented.

@Stereoguy I think they call it abstract because it's like, what you create doesn't have to have obvious meaning. Like you can make a doodle or some squiggly line, and call it a flower because that's what it is to you even though it doesn't look like one. I'm no art major but for me, abstract art is when one creates out of their feelings and interpretation, regardless of how it looks to others. It's a freeing way to express you. See things on your perspective. You can show it to others and ask them what they think of it. Only you will know if it they're correct or not. Basically, it's letting your emotions out in whatever form that doesn't have to confine with other people or society's standards.
