Anyone else's company do rewards for hitting team targets?

Our company has a system where each team gets set targets to meet each month. If you exceed those by a lot the company reward you. Its normally just a meal but since my team and a team in HR exceeded the targets for August by so much we're getting Monday to Wednesday off and being flown to the ceo's villa in Barcelona and money for food and drink, might try harder every month now 😂
