How was your 4th?

Kinda boring honestly. Just a lowkey bbq at my parents. I don't know just doesn't feel like much of a holiday this year for some reason

had a nice holiday BBQ, did a roasted pig for about 50 guests, the caterer took care of everything from prep to serving to cleanup

@saragoodtimes smart move, had a birthday party for the granddaughter yesterday and actually paid the golf course groundskeeper to clean up afterwards

@saragoodtimes it was really hot! We had about that many. We served brisket tacos and chicken, with all the sides . The family helps with “ some” of the clean up. My son and his girlfriend did the lion’s share of that though. He was up early cleaning and putting things away . I was pleasantly surprised.

@saragoodtimes our pool was full of kids . I got a pretty good burn Saturday so I stayed in the house or the shade yesterday.

@TexChik nothing worse than a burn. fortunately I tan easily. Katie has white Irish skin and burns so easily
