Americans (USA): Who else is NOT celebrating the Fourth of July?

How can anyone celebrate Independence when We'd all have more rights in the UK?

I'm starting to think the people who celebrate Independence Day are people who celebrate taking away rights and want the sky to open up and rain guns. And want their own Republican Taliban in place.

I'm going to a pub and eating British food this year. I may still watch fireworks...but only because I like fireworks.

@TexChik Yeah it would be nice to have rights again, and not worry about mass shootings, have a good education for any upcoming children, etc.

Doesn't have to be the UK. Hell in a few years, Saudi Arabia will be more "liberal" then America.

@Scribbles Delusional? Your ilk wants to be able to abort up to 28 days post-partum. They want to indoctrinate 5 year olds to become gay or trans. They want to inject children to prevent them from reaching puberty. This madness you people have over children must end. Leave them alone! If you dont want one be responsible enough to take precautions to not have one, if that's possible!
