I haven't thought of that TV show in well decades! I used to watch it as a kid.

Looks like the actor was serving as a Christian Youth Minister before he died.

Lance Kerwin. He was also in the original movie version of Salem’s Lot.
He was born the same year I was, so fairly young. 🙁
